Recipe for Bruschetta

Serves 4

  • 1 cup each chopped green & black olives
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • 1 cup chopped basil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Mix ingredients & place on top of lightly toasted Italian baguette slices
